Pizza

ones a week we love to eat pizza and some times I also love to make it at home.

This time I bought the dough at the store, but you can easily make it at home, because is better and cheaper. The dough for Italian pizza should be as tin as you can and when I make it at home it never happen.

Ingredients
dough
1kg flour
0,5l water
10g yeast
2 spoons of olive oil
salt
sugar

First you have to activate the yeast: dissolve the yeast, the sugar and 2 spoons of flour in 4 spoons of tepid water. Then mix the flour, water, olive oil, salt and the activated yeast. Leave the dough at the room temperature for half an hour to rest and  rise.
Flatten the dough, I usual do it with my hands but you can also use the rolling pin.

Pizza toppings

For the pizza sauce I usually use the tomato sauce that my mum prepare and use it the hole year. If you don' t have a home made sauce you can buy it in every grocery store, a common sauce in a can will be great.
Put the tomato sauce on the dough in a pre hit oven at 200 C for 8 to 10 minutes.

After that finish your pizza with the topspins you like. We use mozzarella cheese, ham and mushrooms.
Put the pizza again in the oven for another 20 minutes.
