Octopus salad

we eat it on the Christmas eve. This recipe is for 2 person if is the main dish.


Ingredients
1 octopus (our was of 1kg)
laurel
vinegar

garlic
fresh parsley
tomatoes
potatoes
paprika
pepper
salt
lemon juice
olive oil

Cook the octopus in a pot with the laurel and 5 spoons of vinegar for 40 minutes. In a separate pot cook the potatoes. When the octopus is cool slice it, ad the sliced potatoes, the garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, paprika and olive oil. If you have time live it for one or two hours to rest, it will be better.
